Project Title : Replacement of Cyanide in Gold Jewellery manufacturing process
Abstract : This problem statement is from the Jewellery Division of TITAN Company Limited, makers of Tanishq brand of gold and diamond jewellery.
Currently, certain processes in jewellery manufacturing require the usage of cyanide.
Since cyanide is a highly toxic substance, we are looking for alternate chemicals with similar chemical properties which could replace cyanide.
