CNC Milling Machine
Theory
It is equipped with a DC permanent magnet motor spindle with standard tool holder, an automatic air operated drawbar for easy tool changing and a 4-station automatic tool changer (ATC). It has a dual axis pneumatic vise for work holding.
The video shows the action of opening and closing of the jaws of the vise.
It has a pneumatically actuated door that can be automatically opened and closed.

The CNC milling machine has three axes, each actuated by a stepper motor.
As the operator faces the machine the X-axis movement moves the table left-right.Fig. shows a video of X axis movemenet.
