STEP 1: Copy data in the left box

STEP 2: Click on "2" and then click "Get Data"

STEP 3: Click "OK" and Examine the Plot obtained

STEP 4: Click "EXTRACT SPICE PARAMETER"

STEP 5: Examine the SPICE parameters in the "OUTPUT BOX"

STEP 6: Save the SPICE parameters for your Laboratory Report

About TCAD lab

Technology CAD (TCAD) is an important component of modern semiconductor manufacturing and a new framework is needed for teaching microelectronics at the undergraduate level. TCAD tools allows students to learn the fundamentals of device processing in a virtual environment including the determination of SPICE parameters. For quality microelectronics education, the online TCAD laboratory will help the students towards the VLSI design along with the process and device modelling.
